• Applicant is requested to go through all the clauses contained in the Terms & Conditions carefully which are meant to safeguard the interest of Company Member as well as for the smooth working of the company to avoid any complication at any stage.
• The Company and Company Member are bound to transact the business in accordance to the Rules & Regulations framed by the company. Company is committed for most transparent plan and extend an opportunity to give best benefits out of your registration amount and scope to earn heavy incentives in a healthy family atmosphere without any intention to cheat anybody or hide any clause. If satisfied & agreed, please fill the form.
• To carry on the business, the Company Member is required to sponsor/make Member under his/her down line himself/herself, company is not liable to make Member under his/her down line and company is also not responsible if he/she could not sponsor/make any Member under his/her down line.
• Any person between the age of 18 to 65 years having faith in the aims and objective and abides by the Rules and Regulation of the company can become cardholder of the company provided he/she fulfills all other qualifications and conditions laid down by the Board of Directors.
• If at any stage it is found that the Member has given false information or it is found that the Member is involved in any criminal case or he/she is of unsound mind/health, under/over the prescribed age, or found to be using derogatory language against the company or its Sr. Member , his/ her application/registration can be rejected / cancelled by Board of Directors of the company and in that case registration amount will not be refunded, and his/her name would be deleted from his/her upline card holders. Individually / Jointly or by forming any Forum to threat the Employees / Officers and Directors of the company orally / written or to interfere in the working of company is an act which falls under the above category of defaulter.
• All the Incentive or gift etc would be given to the company Member only after the completion of the concerned stage with required ratio through "Accounts Payee cheque only" after deducting TDS as applicable on the date. Permanent Account Number (PAN) is required for making payment as per rule of Income Tax Department. If payment is asked for through Bank Demand Draft, the DD charges would be deducted from the incentive / other dues. Gift And Product items such as Wrist Watch, Bag, TV, DVD, Pressure Cooker etc issued against various schemes once given will not be replaced and repaired.
• The company shall have the right to make any amendments in Terms & Conditions and Registration fee And Product Item at any time, the general information for the same shall be displayed on the Notice Board fixed at the Branches of the company and the card holder shall be bound by such changes.
• Please note that the company is responsible only for the incentive and benefits as specified in the brochure And Website . If any person has misled any body and has shown extra benefits or given false/wrong commitments which are not given in the brochure or any Member states that my up-line or senior or any company Member has not cleared any of the above point, the company is not responsible for the same. If any person/Member of the company, publish and circulate his/her own material other than that of the company's prescribed material, which is irrelevant and far away from the official concept of company and its incorporation or plan, company will not be responsible for such material and if at any time company comes to know about the identity of Member behind such an act his/her registration would be cancelled with immediate effect and registration amount will also not be refunded.
• ( As the company is incorporated under the company Act 1956 (no. 1 of the 1956) and as per the provision therein it renders it's duly audited account to the concerned Government Authorities periodically. Company is committed to abide by the legal directives coming from time to time from the Govt. of India to be enforced on the working of the company, so incase of any specific directions from the Govt.of India in respect of its working, amendment in its terms & conditions or to the extent of its winding up, (though company of its own will not bring this situation) management or directors would pay due incentive/gift/benefit of any stage achieved till that date only by the concerned Member and after this date its management or directors would not be liable to pay any benefit/incentive/gift registration amount etc to any of its Member whatsoever their status is after the date of any such eve
• Please Note That 10% TDS And 5% Admin Charge Will Be Deducted On Every Payout Of Company Member Now that you have gone through the above terms & conditions and if you are fully satisfied/agreed, ask for an Enrollment Application form, fill it properly, sign yourself at proper place and go to your nearest Branch of the "Sairaj Multitrade Services Private Limited." or ot any Senior Company Member , for depositing in the company.
